How does the Hello Kitty & Friends perfume work for someone who loves neither Snow Fairy nor Milky bath, when it’s supposedly a mixture of the two?
Snow Fairy = eh
I am, admittedly, not the world’s biggest Snow Fairy fan.
I know, I know, and I’m sorry. I want to love her; she’s cute, sweet, and adorably pink. Also, own a ridiculous amount of Snow Fairy products, so you would think I would adore the Fairy.
But unfortunately, there’s just something very… seasonal about Snow Fairy to my nose. She’s a Christmas gal, and it doesn’t quite feel right wearing Snow Fairy the rest of the year.
Milky Bath = meh
Milky Bath is another one I was deeply on the fence about. When they released the Milky Bath community body spray in 2024, I gave it a good try. But it just wasn’t for me, and I never did get my hands on my own bottle of that clean linen fragrance.
So, when I found out that the Hello Kitty & Friends perfume was going to be a mashup of the sweet, bubblegum Snow Fairy and the linen, fresh Milky Bath, I was like, “uh… okay, sure, I guess.”
It just didn’t make sense in my noggin. Of all the classic Lush scents to mash together, why these two? And why Hello Kitty?
But then I tried it. And then I understood it.
Snow Fairy + Milky Bath = Wonderful
Hello Kitty is very cute. It’s sweet and candy-ish on the initial spray, like dousing yourself in liquid Twizzlers. As it dries down, the Milky Bath clean linen essence shines through, and it’s a delightful, cute, candy-ish, clean scent.
Again, it doesn’t sound like it should work. I will be the first to admit that, on paper, this fragrance should smell weird at best and kinda gross at worst.
But it’s not. It’s fantastic.
More than fantastic, it’s addictive. It also packs a punch. One or two sprays go a long way and last for quite a while. It’s not the most powerful fragrance in the world, but it’s going to stick around for a few hours.
My husband, who is historically not the biggest fan of sweet scents, absolutely adores this one as well. So it has been husband-approved, for those who were wondering.

So, should you get Hello Kitty & Friends perfume?
If you like to smell like an adorable princess who just did a bunch of laundry, yes. You should definitely get it.
